In order to file a DAMAGE CLAIM or REQUEST A RETURN, you MUST retain all cartons and packing material. Manufacturer tags and labels MUST be intact.

 

Follow these instructions for VISIBLE DAMAGE:

  1.     If you have visible damage upon delivery – Note damage on the Delivery Receipt and get the driver’s signature to acknowledge it.
  2.     Take a picture of the damage and email to customerservice@your-perfect-party.com within 2 days after delivery, to avoid denial of     claim.
  3.     Upon authorization, a replacement item, exact or similar to the damaged item will be shipped to you.

 

Follow these instructions for CONCEALED DAMAGE:

  1. We take great care to assure your party collection arrives safely.  Unpack all boxes immediately to inspect contents. Notify Customer Service within 2 days after delivery to report damages, in order to avoid denial of claim.
  2. Take a picture of the damage and email to customerservice@your-perfect-party.com within 2 days after delivery, to avoid denial of claim.
  3. Retain all cartons and packing material. Manufacturer tags and labels must be intact.
  4. Upon authorization, a replacement item, exact or similar to the damaged item will be shipped to you.

 

Follow these instructions for RETURNS:

  1. Contact Customer Service by phone within 2 days after delivery.
  2. Refunds will not be approved until and unless all products are returned in the original boxes, with the original packing material. Manufacturer tags and labels must be intact.
  3. Return shipping charge determined based on your location and 25% restocking fee will be deducted once the return is received, inspected and authorized.

 

Due to the exclusivity of the Party Collections replacement items are limited.  We reserve the right to replace a damaged item with one of similar value, quality and style.  If no replacement is in stock, we will notify you with the date you can expect to receive the replacement.
